Frequently asked questions

Will the kids be outside all day?

Yes! We do aim to be outside, rain or shine, so encourage packing appropriate gear. We have shelter in case of heavy rain. In the case of lighting, we have a designated space in one of our barns.

what is the bathroom situation?

There is a port-a-potty on site. It will be serviced weekly during camp season. There is a hand-washing station as well as the hand sanitizer.

is the staff first aid trained?

Yes, all staff are Red Cross trained in First Aid and CPR annually.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation notice given at least 30 days prior to your camp session will receive a full refund minus a $45 administrative fee. Cancellation notice given within 30 days of your camp session will not receive a refund. Exceptions will be considered in the case of injury or illness on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be given if a camper misses any part of the week due to illness or dismissal.

What do we need to bring to camp?

We recommend the storage tote method. A 10-15 gallon storage tote with all of their stuff in it so it’s protected from the elements. Recommend packing: rain boots, rain gear, a change of clothes, sunscreen, bug spray, sunhat, towel, water bottle, snacks (x2), and lunch. Please leave technology at home so we can enjoy the great outdoors!
